Kayo Aiba's solo show “Lovely 2003” was held at the Gallery House MAYA in Gaiennmae, three years after her first solo show “Lovely 2000”.
At the show, the guests were greeted with a large-scale thread painting of a girl with braids. This painting was so prominent that many people stopped by to appreciate the show.
The walls of the gallery were hung with Kayo's works --- a wide variety of commissions from many companies, as well as her original works from the previous three years.
This show highlighted the evolution of Kayo's style. |
